In Papertype: Spirit of Australia (2012), James Beckett obscures the technical side of life through the documentation of a set of 7 different newspaper front-pages, all printed the same day and featuring the burning out of an Airbus A380’s engine. Each print varies in quality and image treatment, as well as in chronological order of event.
