Wilfried Lentz Rotterdam

The work consists of series of photographs of the Ludo Coeckstadion, Berchem and Wielercentrum Antwerpen, Wilrijk and were presented in vitrines, like the artist did with an earlier seminal body of work Panorama. Friday August 24th 2018 there were two events at these two venues, a footbal match and cycling race resulting in two extra series of photographs;  ‘Revisioning LIDL Sports Week. Football Match at Ludo Coeckstadion, Berchem, 2018’  and ‘Revisioning LIDL Sports Week. Cycling Race at Wielercentrum Antwerpen, Wilrijk, 2018’. Also these photographs are presented in vitrines.

In total 149 photographs in a format of 10,2 x 15,2 cm are presented in rows in 5 M HKA museum vitrines during the exhibition at M HKA, Antwerp (BE) from 26 May 2018 till 6 January 2019.
